Before purchasing my ipod, i had tremendous confusion about which product to choose. I read several upon several of product reviews and that wasn't helping as much as i had hoped for. The reason being, the reviews weren't very informative of positives and or negatives about the product. I decided to write this review to help those of you who just can't choose. I did plenty of research on the 30 gigabite video ipod and later purchased it. I couldn't be happier with the product. Many reviews I have read claim that the ipod will "scratch and break if you even touch it." I found this to be false. if you are responsible with you're belongings, you should have no problem at all using the product. I have had my ipod for about 4 months and the only inconvinience about it was that it had froze. The directions in the ipod guide, in the trouble shooting section, gave helpful and specific directions for how to fix the problem. Nothing was erased or different from before it froze.
Included in the box that the ipod comes in are a pair white head phones(even if the ipod is black), a USB cable for downloading songs(the cord that connects the ipod to the computer), and a very handy ipod protection case. Also included are instructions for how to get started using the product. I had also purchased a speaker for my ipod. For an ipod speaker, I would recomend the ihome. The ihome works on any ipod product and includes different adjustments for the size of your ipod, which I found very convinient. I hope that you have learned more about the ipod through my review.
